We know that the global warming is affecting the world heating the poles,
increasing the temperature with the consequences of melting the ice and grow up the level of the sea. This are the causes and the consequences reasons.

On the one hand the majority of the poblation more or less the 80% use cars, motorbikes and more of this private transports that opperate with gasoline, produce al lot of CO2 that affect the ozone layer, and only the 20% use public transports such us the bus, train... that the majority are us with electric power.
But the problem of the CO2 that produce the vehicles are going to finish because experts says that after 30 years the petroleum oil wells that are in the world are going to finish and we will have to use electric transport. Some years ago cientifics of the world started studying the electric cars and in 2011 invented the first electric car and the motorbike.

On the other hand, there are not only the transport the cause of the global warming. The most things that affect the enviroment nowdays is the nuclear power plants that create much radioactivity that contaminate rivers and kill the most of the live that are near, such us trees, fishes, plants and etc... Nowdays there are 439 nuclear plants operating in the world.

In addition this nuclears plants are very dangerous because with only one little fail in this process one nuclear bulb can explot and cause an a catastrofic dissaster. If this nuclear bulb explode can be destroyed 10km araound the nuclear plant is locate and the gas that produce this explode can arrive 300km killing all the live that are near this nuclear plants. Sometimes this catastrofes can prodeuce a mutation in living beins.

The constant rising temperatures alter the delicate cycle of water which in turn generates a chaining of natural disasters: desertification, drought, melting of the glaciers and polar icecaps, floods and hurricanes. Much of the scientific community States says that if we do not act quickly and drasticallythe global temperature is going to increase  a 4 ° C, which will have still more devastating social and ecological consequences that currently suffers from the planet.

So, because this reasons and so much, I think, that the fate of our world is in our hands and if we don't do anything at respect the earth is going to destroy.
